To address insecurity, the Kwara State Governor convened a meeting with prominent traditional rulers, outlining a collaborative agenda for peace

At a crucial meeting held Tuesday, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq sat with the state’s first-class traditional rulers to align strategies for peace, security, and progress.

In the governor’s words, as shared by his spokesperson Rafiu Ajakaye, the administration is deepening its local security efforts, especially as cross-border threats rise from areas like Kainji Park.

“We’re counting on our traditional leaders to help guard our communities from infiltration,” said the governor.

The Etsu Patigi, Alhaji Ibrahim Bologi II, praised the initiative and pledged the traditional institution’s commitment to the administration’s vision.
