he EFCC has commenced an investigation into 30 internet fraud suspects who were arrested by soldiers at what is described as a “Yahoo School.”

Thirty suspected internet fraudsters are currently under EFCC investigation after their arrest at Hustle Kingdom, a facility masquerading as a computer training school in Benin City, Edo State.

The Nigerian Army’s 4 Brigade carried out the operation, uncovering a center filled with digital workstations and learning tools. But a hidden room revealed a more sinister side—ritual items believed to be tied to cybercrime practices.

EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale stated that the suspects were taken into custody on April 28, 2025. Among the seized items were a Toyota Corolla, laptops, smartphones, and music players. Once investigations wrap, the suspects will be formally arraigned in court.
