706-carat diamond found in Sierra-Leone

A 706-carat diamond was found in Sierra Leone by Emmanuel A Momoh, a pastor who is engaged in alluvial mining at Koyadu Village in Tankoro Kingom.

The Sierra Leone president, Bai Koroma thanked the pastor for not smuggling the gemstone out of the country and also said that Momoh will be rewarded after the diamond is sold.
