Priceless moment as Tiwa Savage performs with son Jamil in London

Acclaimed queen of Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage, pulled off a surprise at her London concert on Friday, when her 10-year-old son, Jamil, joined her on stage for a performance of ‘On The Low.’

The free, exclusive album-release concert, held at KOKO in London, was part of the build-up to Tiwa’s new project, This One Is Personal.

Fans had packed the sold-out venue when Jamil appeared on stage, drawing cheers from the crowd.

He performed Skepta’s rap verse on the track, delivering the lines with an anxious but confident energy that wowed fans.

Though short, his performance was described as a priceless moment.

Tiwa, who has been promoting the event as a heartfelt “gift to fans,” said earlier on social media that the show was free “because this one is personal.”

The London performance comes shortly after the singer shared glimpses of her trip to Tokyo, Japan, where she explored the city with her son.

From tea ceremonies to garden strolls, Tiwa has been giving fans a peek into her experiences abroad.
