WATCH: Shan George insists “Cabality” is the bane of The Movie Industry

Veteran Nollywood actress Shan George in a recent interviw with Hip TV revealed that that formation of “cabals” within the movie industry is one of the thinks killing Nollywood tday. She explained that no one wants to offer a newbie a role except by recommendation from someone in his/her cabal. She insisted that until they make do without that ideology, the movie industry is not bound to progress.
